Assumption of Risk and Release
Participation in a floating sound bath session involves entering a body of water and remaining in a reclined, supported position for an extended period. By participating, you acknowledge risks that may include, but are not limited to, slipping, water exposure, muscle strain, and reactions to prolonged relaxation or sound exposure, and agree and acknowledge that you assume all such risks.
You represent to No Wake Zones, LLC that you are physically able to participate, are not currently pregnant, and will inform facilitators of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your session.
You release No Wake Zones LLC, its facilitators, and the venue from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
Participants Under 18
Guests ages 13 to 17 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, age 18 or older, who is also participating in the session. No more than two guests ages 13 to 17 may attend per participating adult. Guests under 13 may not attend.
A parent or legal guardian who books for, or accompanies, a guest ages 13 to 17 confirms that they have legal authority to act for that guest, that the guest is physically able to participate, and that they have read and agreed to this Participant Waiver on their own behalf and on behalf of the guest. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the guest's supervision and conduct throughout the session.
