What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by the time listed in your confirmation email. Space is limited and the group heads to the pool together at a set time. Arriving after the group has left will mean missing your session.
Where do I go?
The venue and address for each session are listed with its date in our Sessions section, and your confirmation email explains exactly where to meet, including which entrance to use and where to check in. Venues may vary from session to session, so please go by the details for the date you booked.
Will I get wet?
No, you will not enter the water at any point during the session. Our experts help you board and exit your personal air mattress that you will lie on during the session. We cannot guarantee that there won't be any contact with the water. However, our mission is to keep you dry the entire time. We suggest wearing something you wouldn't mind getting slightly wet, just in case.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. You will remain on your personal air mattress the entire time while on the water.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can relax in. Footwear is not allowed on the water. Avoid wearing clothing with zippers, pins or anything sharp that could puncture the air mattress. Wearing such items may result in being unable to participate in the float.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide your air mattress, a pillow, and a blanket for the session. Disposable water bottles are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be at least 13 years old. Guests ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (age 18 or older) who is also participating in the float, with a maximum of two guests under 18 per participating adult. Guests under 13 may not attend.
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to our Terms of Service and Participant Waiver when booking. To keep the session calm for everyone, a minor who disrupts the experience may be asked to leave the pool area with their accompanying adult.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of cancellation by you or failure to attend (no-show). By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Cancellations by us: If we cancel a session (for example, due to weather, venue issues, or insufficient signups or circumstances beyond our control), you will be offered a full refund or a credit for another session at your choice.
What if I have a medical condition?
Participation involves entering a body of water for an extended, reclined period. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or that you have consulted a physician and been cleared to participate. Full details are provided in the Participant Waiver, which you must acknowledge and consent to before your purchase is completed.
Can I take photos or videos during the session?
Yes! You're welcome to capture memories of your experience. We ask that you be respectful of other guests and careful with your devices while on the water. No Wake Zones and our venues are not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
